Ken is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Realtor and a Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant.  Ken has over 37 years experience in residential appraisals and Broker Opinions of Property Values.  Ken served as the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors MLS Chairman for 8 years.  Ken has always been on the leading edge of technology and services enhancements in the real estate business.  Ken is National Association of Realtors Certified Residential Specialist #3321 and a NAR Certified e-Pro.  Ken’s designations include Graduate of the Indiana Real Estate Institute, Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant.  Sales have far surpassed 1,500 sales transactions with well over $150,000,000 in value.
